D. Liebenberg Consulting provides generic and bespoke Customs Compliance and Brokerage training, dependent on specific requirements. We conduct training virtually, via Teams or Zoom, or face-to-face (at the client’s premises).
D. Liebenberg Consulting also provides training nationally as required. Students attending these training sessions are equipped with the tools and knowledge required for that specific topic or function. It must be stated that these training sessions are not TETA accredited, however, certificates of attendance or completion may be issued, if required.
TYPES OF TRAINING PROVIDED
Some of the generic training subjects we provide, but not limited to:

- Customs Storage Warehousing: These facilities play a vital role in customs procedures, providing a secure environment for goods while they await customs clearance, further transportation, or processing.Training covers physical requirements, as well as receiving and dispatching processes.
- General Introduction to Customs: A range of fundamental topics related to customs procedures, regulations, and practices are covered. These topics are essential for individuals and businesses involved in international trade or those looking to gain a basic understanding of customs operations.
- Refunds and Drawbacks: Training covers various aspects related to claiming and processing refunds or drawbacks on customs duties, taxes, and fees.
- Appeals: Training focuses on the processes and procedures relating to Internal Administrative Appeals, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, etc.
